Dear Valued Customers,

It is with regret that we need to tell you that we have decided to stop our philatelic operations based in the Netherlands. Corinphila Veilingen will close its office from 1 June 2025.

Twelve years after the purchase of Wiggers de Vries, subsequently operating as Corinphila Veilingen, we have decided to close the company permanently. There will be no more ongoing auctions in the Netherlands held by our company. Already committed consignors to the September auction have been contacted with information individually.

Foremost we want to thank you for all years being a valued customer, buyer and or consignor, both roles have been equally important for us. Secondly, we want to show our appreciation to our competent and committed staff, thanks to them we have tried to maintain the business as usual until now. Finally, given the development we have decided to consolidate our Group’s Auction Performances in the other European companies in our group.

The other Group Companies in The Global Philatelic Network will not at all be affected by the decision to close Corinphila Veilingen permanently. Corinphila Switzerland, Heinrich Köhler Germany, John Bull Hong Kong and H.R. Harmer  USA operates as usual going forward.

Sincerely,

Dieter Michelson, Tobias Huylmans, and Jonas Hällström
